Dodge Superior Court was busy recently hearing numerous cases. The following are the results of those hearings.
Felony Calendar
Daniel McRae was charged with possession of cocaine with intent. McRae received seven years intensive probation service (IPS) with drug conditions under the First Offenders Act (FOA), 120 to 180 days in a detention center and a $1,500.00 fine.
Craig Burch was charged with sale of cocaine. Burch received 15 years in prison.
Lisa Thomas was charged with one count of financial transaction card theft and 26 counts of financial transaction card fraud. Thomas received a total of nine years probation and a $500 fine.
Jody Lewis was charged with felony deposit account fraud . He received five years probation, a $750.00 fine and was ordered to pay restitution. On charges in Wheeler County, he received five years to run consecutive to Dodge County and a $750.00 fine.
Sheri Inez Wright was charged with one count of failure to pay for natural products. Wright received four years probation, was ordered to pay restitution and a $500.00 fine. On count two she was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked for which she received 12 months probation to be served concurrent with previous sentence and pay a $1,000.00 fine. On count three she was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) for which she received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $500.00 fine. On count four Wright was charged with failure to maintain lane for which she received 12 months probation to be served concurrent.
Eric Lewis Morgan was charged with one count possession of cocaine and received six years drug conditioning and a $1,000.00 fine. Morgan was charged with one count driving while license suspended or revoked for which he received 12 months probation to run concurrent to count one and a $1,000.00 fine. He was charged with one count driving with suspended vehicle registration and received a $50.00 fine. Morgan was charged with one count open container violation for which he received a $50.00 fine.
Danielle Spikes was on probation under the FOA. She was adjudicated guilty and resentenced to four year in prison. She was charged with one count felony theft by taking for which she received four years prison to run concurrent with prior sentence. She also received three years prison to run concurrent on a Bleckley County case.
Allison Price was charged with two counts of burglary. On count one she received seven years in prison and on count two she received 20 years probation to be served concurrent. She was charged with one count of criminal attempt to commit financial transaction card fraud for which she received three years probation to be served concurrent. Price was charged with three counts of financial identity fraud for which she received 10 years probation on each count to be served concurrent. She was also charged with seven counts of financial transaction card fraud for which she received three years of probation on each count to be served concurrent. Price was charged with 20 counts of forgery in the first degree. She received 10 years probation on each count to be served concurrent. Price was also ordered to pay a total of $3,000.00 in fines and serve under drug conditions.
Richard Mitchell was charged with one count theft by taking for which he received five years prison. Mitchell was charged with one count theft by deception for which he received five years prison to run concurrent.
Sidney Stevens was charged with one count simple battery. Stevens received 12 months suspended probation, is to return to Alaska and have no contact with victim.
Bryan Lamar Stanley was charged with one count possession of a schedule IV controlled substance for which he received three years probation with drug conditioning under the FOA and a $1,000.00 fine. Stanley was charged with one count Driving Under the Influence (DUI.) Drugs for which he received 12 months probation to run concurrent, a $500.00 fine, and 40 hours community service work.
Timothy Burch probation was adjudicated and resentenced to seven years probation, IPS and serve under drug conditions. He was charged as a habitual violator for which he received five years probations to serve consecutive with his adjudicated case and pay a $1,000.00 fine. Burch was also charged with giving false name, address, birth date to law enforcement officer for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and pay a $100.00 fine.
James Ralph Cannon was charged with one count theft by taking for which he received four years probation under FOA and a $1,000.00 fine.
Jeffery Smith was charged with one count aggravated assault for which he received five years prison to run concurrent with a prior charge.
Erica Louise Walden was charged with one count terroristic threats and acts, which was reduced to simple assault. Walden received 12 months probation, a $250.00 fine, and is banished from Dodge County Middle School.
Joshua Clinton Avery was charged with one count first degree arson. Avery received 10 years probation, a $1,000.00 fine.

Fredrick Herman Holton was charged with one count sale of cocaine for which he received seven years prison. Holton was charged with one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute for which he received 7 years prison to run concurrent.
Janice Wiggins was charged with one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, which was reduced to possession of cocaine for which her received 5 years IPS under the FOA, was ordered to serve under drug conditions, and a $1,000.00 fine. Wiggins was charged with one count DUI alcohol for which she received 12 months probation to run concurrent, a $500.00 fine, and 40 hours community service work.
Benjamin Kyle Dunn was charged with one count possession of ecstacy, a schedule I drug. Dunn plead under the FOA and will be sentenced on June 9.
Jamie M. Branch was charged with 19 counts first degree forgery for which received seven probation on each count to be run concurrently under the FOA and a $1,000.00. Branch was charged with two counts deposit account fraud/bad checks $499.00 or less for which she received 12 months probation on each count to run concurrent, was ordered to pay restitution, and serve under drug conditions.
Aaron Curry was charged with one count burglary. Curry received under the FOA, seven years IPS, drug conditions, a $1,000.00 fine, and to jointly and severally pay restitution.
Belinda Simmons was charged with one count aggravated assault. Simmons received under the FOA five years probation, a $1,000.00 fine, ordered to pay restitution and 240-270 days in a detention center.
Clinton Anthony Jones was charged with one count marijuana- less than one ounce for which he received 12 months probation, drug conditions, and a $500.00 fine.
Edward Ray Colter was charged with one count habitual violator for which he received five years probation, a $1,000.00 fine, and 40 hours community service work
Johnny Wayne Pollard was charged with one count felony theft by taking for which he received two years prison. Pollard was charged with one count felony theft by shoplifting for which he received two years prison to run concurrent.
Freddie Walker was charged with one count sale of cocaine. Walker received under the FOA five years IPS, drug conditions, a $1,500..00 fine, and 90-120 days in a detention center.
Amanda McAliley was charged with one count possession of a schedule IV drug, Alprazolam. McAliley received under the FOA two years probation, drug conditions, and a $750.00 fine.
David Jerome Mills was charged with one count manufacturing marijuana. Mills received three years probation, drug conditions, and a $750.00 fine.
Craig Yearty was charged with one count sale of marijuana. Yearty received under the FOA five years IPS, drug conditions, 60-90 days in a detention center and a $1,500.00 fine.
Augustua Miller, Jr. was charged with one count sale of cocaine. Miller received 10 years prison.
Renea Hickman was charged with one count sale of a schedule IV drug, Xanax, which was reduced to possession of a schedule IV drug, Xanax. Hickman received under the FOA five years probation, drug conditions, and a $1,000.00 fine.
Harrell Wayne Hickman was charged with one count felony theft by taking for which he received five years prison. Hickman was charged with one count theft by taking for which he received five years prison to run concurrent.
Harrell Wayne Hickman was charged with one count burglary. Hickman received five years prison to run concurrent.
Clayton Shane Foskey was charged with three counts first degree forgery. Under the FOA, Foskey received five years probation on each count to run concurrent, drug conditions, a $1,500.00 fine, and was ordered to pay restitution.
Keuna Jeanae Smith was charged with one count felony theft by taking. Smith received under the FOA, four years probation, drug conditions, and a $500.00 fine.
Lisa Thomas was charged with one count felony theft by taking. Thomas received five years in prison.
Walter Williams was charged with one count possession of oxycodone. Under the FOA , Williams received five years probation, drug conditions, and a $1,000.00 fine. Williams was charged with one count discharging a firearm while under the influence for which he received 12 months probation to run concurrent.
Harold Wayne Hickman was charged with one count burglary. Hickman received five years prison to run concurrent to a prior sentence.
Christopher Ardelean was charged with one count burglary. Ardelean received under the FOA, 10 years IPS, ordered to complete Christian Life Center, 12 months Bainbridge Detention Center, suspended upon completion of program at Christian Life Center, drug conditions, and a $1,000.00 fine. Ardelean was charged with one count felony escape for which he received five years probation to run concurrent with count one and a $250.00 fine.
Jason Leonard Clements was charged with one count habitual violator. Clements received five years IPS, 9-12 months Bainbridge after care program when released, drug conditions, and a $1,000.00 fine. |
