The Eastman City Council voted unanimously to send Dodge County a letter that they would agree to accept 31.14 percent of the one percent Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) funds for the next 10 years with no stipulations. That is the same amount they have been receiving for the past 20 years.
At their last meeting, the county voted to send a proposal to the city that they would give the city 27 percent of the LOST funds.
