Notice has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection of attorney’s fees and foreclosure in accordance with the legal requirement and the terms of the Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Security Deed, accrued interest and expenses of the sale and other sums secured by the Security Deed, including attorney’s fees, and the remainder, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.

The above referenced tracts are subject to the following restrictions: The property shall be used for single-family residential purposes only. Property is

The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, the failure of the Borrower to pay as and when due the indebtedness evidenced by the promissory note secured by said Security Deed. Notice has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection of attorney’s fees and foreclosure in accordance with the legal requirement and the terms of the Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Security Deed, accrued interest and expenses of the sale and other sums secured by the Security Deed, including attorney’s fees, and the remainder, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.
