The phrase “job creation” is political jargon. A smart politician would not use such a phrase.
The working class understands better than most that jobs are a by-product of a growing economy. In a growing economy a growing number of people are able to participate. As people participate (work, purchase goods, etc.) lives are made better by each household’s growing economic means. With growing economic means goods are purchased generating a demand for more goods, hence, more work, more jobs and more people participating.
