The very savvy Lyn Nofziger (1924-2006), former Ronald Reagan aide, showed his political acumen by supporting Steve Forbes over George W. Bush in 2000. Good for Lyn. I also supported Forbes over Dole in 1996 and again over GWB in 2000.
California’s Proposition 187, which generally denies most government services to illegal aliens, passed by a 59 to 41 percent vote in November 1994. Despite the overwhelming support, wimpy Republican politicians in California are still scared to support it.

Here we go again with the mainstream media reporting subjective journalism 101 in endless coverage of former rock star Ted Nugent’s endorsement of Texas gubernatorial candidate Gregg Abbott on February 18, 2014, in Denton, Texas, who is the states attorney general (AG) and the inflammatory post remarks by Mr. Nugent.
Within hours, news media throughout the state and around the country eagerly followed up with reminders of all the things that Mr. Nugent had ever said, including particularly, incendiary characterization of President Obama as a (“sub-human mongrel”) and coupled with Nugent being with under age girls, which by the way, there is no dearth of probative evidenced that ever happened.
