Michelle Nunn Martin, running as Michelle Nunn for the U.S. Senate, criticizes Republican David Perdue for outsourcing jobs while running (successfully) several large U.S. corporations. The ultraliberal Ms. Nunn Martin shows her hypocricy on the outsourcing matter, as her father, retired Senator Sam Nunn sits on the board of America’s two largest outsourcers, General Electric and Coca-Cola, as pointed out on the great Atlanta television show Georgia Gang. Not only that, John Rice, GE’s chief outsourcer, hosted a fundraiser for Ms. Nunn Martin. You won’t hear any of this from the Atlanta media. I’ll always remember Sam Nunn giving the Panama Canal away and voting no on the great Judge Robert Bork. He voted liberal more than conservative. Michelle would be worse.
Ms. Nunn Martin conveniently omits from her attack ads the annoying fact that she doubled her salary after laying off nearly half of her employees at her “non-profit” organization. She continues to use the picture of President George Bush I in her advertising, despite Bush’s repeated requests to stop using his likeness. Bush I has endorsed David Perdue for the Senate and has made clear that he has told the Nunn campaign to stop using him in her ads. She is poised to take a sharp left turn in the unlikely event that Georgia voters are dumb enough to elect her.
