The way things are happening in America I can understand why the younger generation is so confused while asking if there is going to be a future for us. It’s sad that more Americans are turning away from the creator. After he has blessed this nation well over two hundred years. Separation of church and state is poison to the soul of this nation.
This nation is begging for disaster. She was built on a solid biblical foundation by the founding fathers. Our younger generation is out of control due to the fact that parent’s accountability is missing factors. Americans are good at locking up the animals while our children are running free. God-fearing children continue to be a thing of the past. Parents and leaders are good at finding fault but not a solution. America became a great religious nation while forgetting how to be Christian like.
Through God’s holy word America can become a great nation again. America should pray that the Lord will protect and strengthen families and marriages (Mark 3:25 and Romans 12:9-13). Pray asking God to preserve and protect them as we inspire and empower them to equip his saints (Col. 2:6-8), Eph. 4:11-12). Ask God to grant our leaders wisdom, discernment, and hearts open to his will (Timothy 2:6-8). Pray for God’s presence in education and ask him for teachers and administrators who honor his students and protect our children and inspire them to discover their God given calling (Prov. 2:3 and 8:10-11). Pray that God grants our military and it’s leaders courage, protection, and strength for them and their families (2 Chro. 32:6-8 and Romans 13:4). Pray for divine intervention in our national, state, and local economies (Exod. 31:3-4 and Chro. 29:10). Pray for Christian influences in the media, from movies, television and radio, to newspapers and magazine publishers (Philip. 4 and Psalm 1:9).
It is possible Americans are losing their taste for hope, love and faith. Do Americans believe in God we trust? For all Americans there will come a day when night will never come again. America it is time for us to bless God through his son.

The FBI wants access to the iPhone of San Bernardino terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook, and Apple CEO Tim Cook is resisting and putting his refusal in apocalyptic terms. Should Apple comply with a judge’s order to help the FBI, we’re supposed to believe, it will have created the privacy equivalent of a doomsday device, making everyone vulnerable to the intrusions of government and depredations of hackers and criminals.
This is trite marketing -- only Apple can save us from Big Brother, and by the way, please keep buying our phones -- masquerading as bravery.
In the San Bernardino case, one wonders whose privacy Apple thinks it’s protecting. As former prosecutor Andrew McCarthy notes, Farook is dead. There is no doubt that the government has probable cause to search his phone. And the phone in question didn’t even belong to him. It is the property of his former employer, the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, which had the right to search it at will and is fine with the FBI gaining access to it.
Apple wants to give the impression that the key to Farook’s phone is the key to the kingdom, but it’s not so. As Timothy Lee explains on the website Vox, the FBI doesn’t need to defeat the encryption on Farook’s phone and thus, in theory, endanger the encryption on other phones. It just needs to get into the phone. For that, it needs to get past the first line of defense, the device’s passcode. [Full Story »]

Dodge County High School (DCHS) Indians baseball team hosted the Hawkinsville High School Red Devils on Wednesday, February 24. The Indians started the game poorly defensively, giving up runs on three errors in the first inning. After the rough start and getting behind early Dodge settled down and went to work to get back in the game.
JT Shields started on the mound and had an outstanding outing. Shields pitched five and one-third innings allowing two runs, but striking out 11 and giving up no walks. He only allowed three hits while on the mound. Unfortunately when Shields exited the game, the game was tied, so he gets a no decision in the game. Craig Barton came on in relief and pitched two and two-thirds innings allowing one run, walking three and striking out three.
