In a riveting game for fans, the Dodge County High School Indians football team beat the East Laurens High School Falcons 50-7.
Every play in the game was in the favor of the Indians except the last play, which was the only time that the Falcons added points to their side of the scoreboard.
The first point-scoring play occurred with 8:24 left in the first quarter, when Nick Cummings ran the ball for a touchdown, followed by a successful attempt at a point after touchdown (PAT) by Peyton Bush. The score became 7-0.
