Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, a liberal loser, voted to keep racial quotas in one among many bad moves he made in a long career of disservice. Gerald Ford, the president who appointed Stevens, said a couple of years before he died that Stevens was doing a great job and that he would appoint more just like him if he had the chance. Do you see why Ronald Reagan challenged him in 1976?
Of course Stevens retired while Obama was president, to get another liberal to take his place.
