Justin Sapp of Cochran powered his Stevie’s Collision Center Chevrolet into victory lane Saturday, July 31, 2010 to capture his second Dublin-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Super Street Feature of the season.
Sapp won the first qualifying heat with Michael Davis another Cochran driver winning the second.
The two started on the front row then Sapp emerged the leader holding off the hard charging Davis for the win.
Tracy Mimbs of East Dublin placed third, followed by Craig Ussery of Milan and Earl Lord of Dublin. Davis currently leads the points by 170 over Ussery who is the defending champion in this division.
Ricky Brantley of Ailey won the Pro Air Supply Late Model feature followed by Hunder Peacock of Gray, Ken Ricks of Adrian, Steven Bloodworth of McIntyre and Tony Head of Hawkinsville.
Don Gay of Dublin was the Pure Stock winner over Brent Herndon of Wrightsville, Lance Floyd of Cochran, Matt Towns of Eastman and Jason Floyd of Cochran.
Matt Peebles of Montrose won the Bomber Feature over Emory Poole of Dublin, Jordan Dykes of Dublin and Robbie Bland of Dublin. Dalton Poole of Dublin won the Road Warrior Feature.
Thursday night August 5, 2010 441 will host “ The Bud Light Night” special event featuring a Late Model race paying $1,000.00 to win and a Bomber Enduro-30 lap race paying $500.00 to win. The Enduro will be run without cautions non-stop creating an exciting event.
