A Dodge County woman was seriously injured when she apparently lost control of the car she was driving and ran off the roadway while she was en route to Dodge County Hospital due to an insect bite, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Cynthia Trifiletti (37), of 446 Fountain Road, was traveling west on Georgia 46 (Soperton Road) toward Eastman when she ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and came back across the roadway into the ditch and struck a culvert.
