Dodge County Sheriff Jeff Hinson stated that July was probably the busiest month for his deputies since taking office.
Dodge County sheriff’s deputies responded to one thousand two hundred thirty one (1,231) calls during the month, according to the Dodge/Wilcox 911 Center.

I am praying that Dodge County can get some funding to assist with the transport of the mental health patients. Ourtaxpayer dollars should not to pay for this transport the state or federal government should pay for this expense. When the deputies have to leave Dodge County then that makes us have one less deputy controll the areas and with the rate that crime is going now we need all we have patrolling and then some. We had a full moon last week and when the moon gets full the mental health patients are not easy yo control, throughout my 30yr career in my proffession I have seen this in the USA and when I traveled abroad with the American Red Cross and The Peace Corp. God bless and may continue to not only pray for ourselves but for others too, no matter who they are or where they are from we all were created by the almighty God. Love is the key that unlike doors blessed future.

Maybe a family member of some mentally impaired person could transport their folks to the doctor, and community activities. The family should not totally need the government to handle every aspect of their lives.
