This mat­ter has been as­signed Dock­et No. 31491 and has been sched­uled for pub­lic hear­ing be­fore the Geor­gia Pub­lic Serv­ice Com­mis­sion be­gin­ning Sep­tem­ber 20, 2010 at 10 a.m. in Room 110 of the Geor­gia Pub­lic Serv­ice Com­mis­sion of­fic­es lo­cat­ed at 244 Washing­ton Street, SW, Atlan­ta, Geor­gia 30334.
