Media Research Center (mrc.org - a great site) mentions the New York Times claiming Newsweek (News “weak” to me) is “striving to be apolitical” in its news coverage, according to Times reporter Jamie Peters, while calling the left-wing blog Daily Kos as just a political “blog” without telling us what kind of blog it is.
“It is unfathomable to me that there are virtually - if not literally, NO honorable Democrats left in either house of the U.S. Congress. It also amazes and disheartens me that almost NO Republicans are truly working to defeat the policies of the most corrupt and malevolent leader of the USA ever to inhabit the White House.”

Did you ever expect to see a White House aide admit to being a communist? Van “Commie” Jones is proud of being a self-avowed communist.
Does the Libertarian party still support open borders?
How did Ben Nelson ever get to the U.S. Senate in conservative Republican Nebraska? Of course, several years back, Democrats held both Senate seats in Nebraska. Nelson is now the only Democrat in the Nebraska Delegation, which has all three Congressional seats in Republican hands, while the other Senate seat is held by a Republican. Lately he has faked right again, saying he plans to vote against Supreme Court nominee Elana Kagan. That vote should come in handy when he runs for reelection.
Nelson knows how to ride the fence and sound like a conservative, even though his conservative voting percentage is very low. He was born in Nebraska 68 years ago so he’s a familiar face who has until recently avoided alienating too many voters. He also holds three degrees from the University of Nebraska and served as governor. Nelson is very beatable, and has won big, won narrowly, and lost big over the years.
Lately he has been forced off the fence and in 2012 will have to run on a ticket with Obama, who should be in a freefall by then.
A tipoff on how liberal Ben Nelson actually is - he was head of Al Gore’s Nebraska presidential campaign in 2000. That is a very liberal political stance. You can tell a lot about a politician when you look beyond the rhetoric and check who he supports.
Nelson first won public office in 1990 when he was elected governor of Nebraska. Still think your vote doesn’t count? In the Democrat Primary he won by two votes statewide in 1990, going on to win in November by just 4,000 votes over incumbent Republican Kay Orr. That was the fourth closest governor’s race in U.S. history.
It has often been said by many of us on the right side that to get the truth about the U.S. government, it is usually necessary to read foreign newspapers.
Tony Harnden is the London Daily Telegraph’s U.S. Editor, based in Washington, D.C. He says “Barack Obama gets an ‘F’ for protecting Americans.
Of the Amsterdam to Detroit airline flight incident by the character “with a PETN bomb sewn into his underpants,“ Obama fails miserably, says Mr. Harnden.
“In his studied desire to be the unBush by responding coolly to events like this, Obama is dangerously close to failing as a leader.”
You can check out the entire column for yourself by checking Telegraph.co.uk. Toby has a good take on the Fort Hood massacre, Janet Napolitano, Guantanamo Bay and other disturbing aspects of failed security measures.
“There’s a continued, unfortunate tendency for everyone in Obamaland to preface every comment about something going wrong with a sideswipe against the Bush administration.”

Government goes anywhere it can to meddle in your life, trying to get involved in college football playoffs, dictating what kind of light bulbs you can buy, where and when, also if, you can receive medical care. The smiling socialists of the Obama administration know what is best for you.
