Dear editor,

I appreciate those 25% of Dodge Countians who took the time to vote during the recent primaries.

I’d like to remind you all that there is a run-off in the GOP primary for several races including governor, attorney general, commissioner of insurance and public service commission on August 10th.

This is a year of great opportunity and great risk for all of us. For the sake of our country, please take the time to get informed and then vote.

The Dodge County GOP meets the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM.

Our meetings are open to the public – and that includes you. It’s a great place to learn and to discuss issues.

Our next meeting is on August 12th at 114 Main Street, Eastman, at the Flight-Line Restaurant. Come visit and bring a friend.
