The Dodge County Indians football team opened up their 2009 season with a 27-0 win over the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets in Brooklet on Friday, August 28. The Indians had 254 yards of total offense with 212 yards coming on the ground. Cyprin Burse, Devon Simmons and Laquan Hogue led the Indians’ running backs. Burse rushed for 77 yards on 12 carries with one touchdown. Simmons had 73 yards on 14 attempts with two touchdowns.
