The Atlanta Gas Light Company has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission a Petition for Approval of Adjustment of its Rates and Revised Tariff. Copies of this filing are on file with the Georgia Public Service Commission. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 31647 and has been scheduled for public hearing before the Georgia Public Service Commission on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 through Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 10 a.m. each day, except Thursday, August 12, 2010, on which hearings will begin at 1:30 p.m. Hearings will resume on Monday, September 13, 2010 through Tuesday, September 14, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on each day, and again on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 through Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 10 a.m. each day, except Thursday, October 14, 2010, on which hearings will begin at 1:30 p.m. Any one interested in this matter will be given the opportunity to express his or her view pursuant to O.C.G.A. DUSTEE S. ROBINSON has petitioned to be appointed Administrator of the Estate of MELVIN BRYANT HUFF, deceased, of said County.
