Gregory Antonio Wilcox was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I alcohol for which he received 12 months probation, a $1,000.00 fine, 40 hours community service work, and 72 hours in jail.
Donald Wayne Kuni was charged with one count possession of a pseudoephedrine for which he received five years in prison to be served concurrent with prior sentence.
Kenneth Dowdy was charged with one count felony aggregated assault, which was reduced to simple assault for which he received 12 months probation and a $250.00 fine. Otis Harden was charged with one count felony obstruction of officers, which was reduced to misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Willie Eldon Bennett was charged with one count felony receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by convicted felon for which he received three years probation and a $750.00 fine.

She was also charged with one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute which was reduced to misdemeanor possession methamphetamine for which she received eight year probation and a $2,000.00 fine.

Lance Bostwell Floyd was charged with one count felony burglary which was reduced to theft by receiving stolen property under the FOA for which he received six years probation and a $1,250.00 fine.
