Mark Cofield was charged with one count felony theft by shoplifting, which was reduced to misdemeanor theft by taking for which he received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Gregory Antonio Wilcox was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I alcohol for which he received 12 months probation, a $1,000.00 fine, 40 hours community service work, and 72 hours in jail.
Donald Wayne Kuni was charged with one count possession of a pseudoephedrine for which he received five years in prison to be served concurrent with prior sentence.
Kenneth Dowdy was charged with one count felony aggregated assault, which was reduced to simple assault for which he received 12 months probation and a $250.00 fine. He was also charged with one count reckless driving for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine.
Maquita Nicely was charged with one count felony robbery by sudden snatching which was reduced to theft by taking for which she received six years probation and a $1,250.00 fine.
Frankie Mae Bryant was charged with felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance for which she received seven years probation and a $1,500.00 fine.
Lance Gilbert was charged with one count felony burglary for which he received four years probation to be served concurrent with prior sentence.
Trey Wes Matthews was charged with one count felony burglary for which he received 10 years probation and two years must be served in prison.
Dusty Bickles was charged with one count felony theft by taking for which he received four years probation and a $750.00 fine. He was also charged with one count misdemeanor criminal trespass for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent, a $250.00 fine and must pay restitution as determined.
Otis Harden was charged with one count felony obstruction of officers, which was reduced to misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Willie Eldon Bennett was charged with one count felony receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by convicted felon for which he received three years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Elijah Lamont was charged with one count felony sale of a schedule one or two controlled substance, which was reduced to possession with intent to distribute under the First Offenders Act (FOA). He received nine years intensive probation service and a $1,750.00 fine.

Leann Fountain was charged with one count felony possession of a schedule iv substance for which she received five years probation and a $750.00 fine. She was also charged with one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute which was reduced to misdemeanor possession methamphetamine for which she received eight year probation and a $2,000.00 fine.
Justin McLeod was charged with one count felony burglary which was reduced to misdemeanor theft by taking for which he received 12 months probation, a $350.00 fine, and must pay restitution as determined.
Lance Bostwell Floyd was charged with one count felony burglary which was reduced to theft by receiving stolen property under the FOA for which he received six years probation and a $1,250.00 fine.
James Casey Wright was charged with one count felony burglary under the FOA. He received seven years probation, a $1,500.00 fine and must pay restitution as determined.
Laron M. Guest was charged with one count felony cruelty to children which was reduced to misdemeanor simple battery for which he received 12 months probation and a $250.00 fine.
Heriberto Eddie Jimenez was charged with one count felony aggravated assault which was reduced to simple battery for which he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Bobby Fordham was charged with one count felony habitual violator for which he received 12 months probation and a $1,000.00 fine. He was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. Alcohol for which he received 12 months probation to serve concurrent and a $1,000.00 fine. He was charged with one count operating vehicle without valid tag for which he received a $100.00 fine. He was also charged with one count no proof of insurance for which he received a $100.00 fine.
