I am close to turning 65 and I don't think testing me every year would be the answer. If I am a person who knows(in which I feel I know) the mechanics of an automobile and an aircraft also will help me to be a safe driver.Testing is one thing but being a good operator of a vehicle and being alert at all times of operation would be the safest way of keeping myself and other drivers safe around me. But I would summit to a test every year and when I get to the point that I feel I cannot be a safe operator then I would surrender my driving license. I am now a safe driver with no points on my licenses and I pray that never changes. This is from a safe driver and a student pilot. Pilots are plane crazy is one of my mottos. God Bless You!
