WHEREAS, on January 31, 2008, RICKY WAYNE ALLEN AND ANNE ALLEN did execute and deliver to FIRST LAURENS BANK, a certain Deed to Secure Debt to the hereinafter described land to secure the payment of a certain Note of even date of $9,673.08 principal plus interest as specified in the Note, all as shown by the record of said Deed to Secure Debt in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dodge County, Georgia, recorded in Deed Book 597, Page 42-44; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payments provided for in said note held by said FIRST LAURENS BANK, and said FIRST LAURENS BANK, as the owner and holder of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note, has elected to declare the entire unpaid indebtedness described in and secured by said Deed to Secure Debt due and payable, and the same has not been paid; and The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
