Program Goals and Method of Distribution
The State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is currently preparing its Federal Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Action Plan Goals and Method of Distribution that details how the State proposes to use the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs.
Each program includes the other program specific requirements such as the proposed methods of funding distribution and the program priorities for funding. Comments regarding these and other issues will be accepted for a 30-day period for review and consideration and are due March 3, 2016 by 5:00 PM
The CDBG Method of Distribution will be available on February 3, 2016 after 5:00 PM on the website at: http://www.dca.ga.gov/communities/CDBG/index.asp. All written comments should be emailed to michael.casper@dca.ga.gov.
