Dodge County Superior Court heard more cases recently. The following are the results of those cases.
Steven Martel was charged with three counts of misdemeanor deposit account fraud/bad checks $499.00 or less. On count one he received 12 months probation, a $300.00 fine and to pay restitution. On count two he received 12 months probation to be served consecutively, a $300.00 fine and to pay restitution and on count three he received 12 months probation to be served concurrently, a $300.00 fine and to pay restitution.
Michael Tillery was charged with felony sexual battery against a child under 16 which was reduced to misdemeanor sexual battery. He is in jail.
William Clayton Thomas was charged with felony aggravated child molestation and received five years in prison and 15 years probation.
Brandon Allred was charged with felony aggravated assault. He received five years in prison.
Carma Jean Kirkpatrick was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. Under the First Offender Act (FOA) she received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Steven Ashley Justice was charged with misdemeanor hunting deer at night and received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine. He was also charged with misdemeanor hunting from a motor vehicle and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine. Justice was also charged with misdemeanor hunting upon/discharging a weapon across a public road and received a $250.00 fine. He was also charged with misdemeanor hunting without permission and received a $250.00 fine. Justice also received a two-year suspension of his hunting privileges.
James Timothy Mullis was charged with misdemeanor hunting deer at night and received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine. He was also charged with misdemeanor hunting from a motor vehicle and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine. Mullis was also charged with misdemeanor hunting upon/discharging a weapon across a public road and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine. He was also charged with misdemeanor hunting without permission and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine. Mullis also received a two-year suspension of his hunting privileges.
Lauren Brower was charged with misdemeanor theft by taking. She received six month probation and a $350.00.
Cole Wright was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana – less than one ounce. He received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Sarah Paul was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. She received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Larry Brodie Patterson was charged with misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked. He received 12 months probation and a $600.00 fine.
Warren Robert Sheffield was charged with misdemeanor theft by taking. He received 12 months probation, a $350.00 fine and to pay restitution of $350.00.
Adrian Robinson was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana – less than one ounce. He received 12 months probation and a $750.00 fine.
Tahjah Thomas was charged with misdemeanor giving false name, address and birthdate to a law enforcement officer and received 12 months probation and a $200 fine. He was also charged with instruction permits and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $125.00 fine. Thomas was also charged with failure to wear seat safety belt and received a $75.00 fine.
William Vincent Neill was charged with misdemeanor knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspended license. He received 12 months probation to be served concurrent with prior sentence and a $100.00 fine.
LeRoy Covington was charged with two counts of felony incest. He received 10 years prison on each count to be served concurrent.
Jason Leondrus Cummings was charged with one county of felony sale of cocaine. He received five years in prison.
Erica Renee Wyatt was charged with two counts of felony burglary which was reduced to felony theft by taking. She received $1,000.00 fine for each count, must serve 90 to 120 days in the detention center and four years probation on each count to be served concurrent.
