A pickup truck and 18-wheeler collided head-on after the driver of the pickup apparently failed to yield the right of way.
Lyle Foster (35), of Eastman, was driving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma pickup north on the Hawkinsville Highway when he attempted to turn left into a private drive.
According to the Georgia State Patrol report, Foster stated that the sun obscured his vision.
