Many cases were heard in Dodge Superior Court recently. The following are the results of those cases.
Billy Earl Campbell was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor simple battery and public drunkenness. He received 12 months in prison on each count to be served concurrent and concurrent with his revoked parole.
Tommy Ruark was charged with felony theft by taking which was reduced to a misdemeanor. He received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Stacy Neal Lee was charged with felony theft by taking and received two years probation; misdemeanor theft by taking and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and misdemeanor criminal trespass and received 12 months probation to be served concurrent.
Lee was also charged with felony receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon. He received two years probation to serve concurrent with his prior sentence.
Ricky Wooten was charged with felony receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon. He received three years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Christopher Lee was charged with felony forgery in the second degree and misdemeanor theft by taking. He received two years probation on each count to be served concurrently.
Matthew David Reaves was charged with 25 counts of felony forgery in the first degree. He received three years probation on each count concurrent with each other and concurrent with prior sentence.
Willie Jackson, Jr. was charged with felony forgery in the first degree which was reduced to erroneous checks and received two years in prison.
Monica Peacock was charged with two counts of felony theft by taking and one count of misdemeanor theft by taking. Under the First Offender Act (FOA) she received 5 years probation on counts one and two to run consecutively and a 12 months probation to run consecutively with counts one and two, and $500.00 fine on each count.
Jessie Payne was charged with felony theft by taking and received five years probation, a $750.00 fine, serve under Intensive Probation Service (IPS) and pay restitution.
Kimberly Horne was charged with felony possession of cocaine and received five years probation and a $1,000.00 fine.
Jamie Spencer was charged with felony theft by taking. Under the FOA he received four year probation, a $750.00 fine and to pay restitution of $805.00.
Ricky Girtman was charged with felony receipt, possession or transfer or a firearm by a convicted felon. He received four years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Raymall Williams was charged with two counts of felony sale of cocaine. He received 10 years probation on each count to be served concurrently.
Kathleen Johnson was charged with felony arson in the third degree. She received three years probation and a $600.00 fine.
Dana Floyd was charged with two counts of felony burglary. Under the FOA Floyd received 10 years probation, IPS and a $1,000.00 fine on count one and 10 years probation to be served concurrently and a $1,000.00 fine on count two. Floyd has to serve 210 to 270 days in the detention center and pay restitution.
Erica Renee Wyatt was charged with two counts of felony burglary. She has to serve 210 to 270 days in the detention center.
Alex Hilliard was charged with felony burglary. Under the FOA he received seven years probation, IPS and a $1,500.00 fine.
William Vincent Neill was charged with felony burglary. Under the FOA he received seven years probation, IPS and a $1,500.00 fine.
Gready Allen was charged with one count of felony burglary and three counts of felony theft by taking. Under the FOA he received seven years probation and a $750.00 fine on count one and five years probation to be serve concurrent and a $500.00 fine on each of counts two through four.
Christopher Shawn Nicely was charged with felony aggravated assault. It was reduced to misdemeanor battery and he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Samuel Lee Tillman was charged with felony aggravated assault. It was reduced to misdemeanor battery and he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Leroy Covington entered a guilty plea on two counts of felony incest. His sentencing is set for May 3, 2010.
Cameron Lee Richey was charged with one count of felony theft by taking and one count of burglary. He received five years probation and a $750.00 fine on count one and seven years probation to be served concurrently, $1,000.00 and IPS on count two.
Brinson David Woodard was charged with one count of misdemeanor hunting deer at night and received a $500.00 fine; one count of misdemeanor hunting from a motor vehicle and received a $250.00 fine and one count of misdemeanor hunting upon a public road for which he received a $250.00 fine.
Cathleen Lewis was charged with one count of misdemeanor theft by taking. She received 12 months probation, a $250.00 fine and must pay restitution.
Erick Jamine Holly was charged with misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property. He received 12 months probation and a $200.00 fine.
Kelvin Wilcox was charged with misdemeanor public drunkenness and received 12 months probation and a $200.00 fine and misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent and a $250.00 fine.
Robert Taylor was charged with one count misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked and received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine; one count of driving under the influence (DUI) and received 12 months probation to be served consecutively and a $2,000.00 fine and one count of failure to stop for a stop sign for which he received a $125.00 fine. Taylor must also complete 240 hours of community service work (CSW).
Amanda Dell Rogers was charged with misdemeanor DUI alcohol and received 12 months probation, a $750.00 fine and must complete 40 hours CSW.
