“We are burdening our children with debt beyond endurance in order to maintain kleptocracies around the world,” says Mr. Walker.
Bill Walker points out that foreign aid has been more than doubled by the Obama administration, from less than $23 billion in 2006 to $48.764 billion per year today.
That is more than $133 million per day, seven days per week, up from $63 million per day in 2006. Yes, G.W. Bush is also a big fan of foreign aid. The entire program is illegal on its face. Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution is there any provision for sending your hard-earned tax dollars overseas.
“We are heading into the worst Depression in U.S. history, while keeping up economy-destroying tariff barriers and agricultural subsidies just as FDR did in the 1930s. Isn’t it about time this became a major issue?”

You’ll never catch Dr. Ron Paul (R-Texas) voting for a penny of foreign aid. Ron Paul knows the Constitution. His toll-free message is available at 1-888-322-1414. Please check the name on your computer of Vietnam veteran (wounded 11 times) Bo Thompson to see a 30-second tribute to Congressman Paul.
Sean McManus, CBS news chief, said back in February that he expects Katie Couric to stay at the network “for a long time,” which is good news for the competition. I’ve never watched one minute of Katie News nor do I waste time watching the “news” on the other big three networks.
CBS is cutting jobs all over the place and the news division has about 1,500 employees. Try to picture that: 1,500 employees in one division. That’s a big propaganda machine. Couric is CBS News’ highest-paid employee, drawing around $15 million per year, or more than $41,000 per day, seven days per week. Despite the hefty pay, she is mired in third place among the big three news anchors, behind NBC and ABC. Katie has been in last place since she started. I was wrong again. I figured she would be long gone by now. How long would an athletic coach stay on the job with such a crummy record?

Remember the Katrina Hurricane disaster and the New Orleans looting that followed?
“Considering the police in New Orleans became thieves themselves continues to blur the distinction between government employees and thieves.”

“Republicans can’t credibly be the candidates of growth if they echo liberal class-envy rhetoric to attack tax reform.”

Al Gore on the road promoting his latest scary environmental book, “has been jetting around the country increasing his carbon footprint,” says the site RightSoup.com.
“Protestors have been showing up everywhere Al is schlepping his book, making him look like the Emperor With No Clothes. They already know the carbon footprint from his house in Nashville looks like it was made by The Jolly Green Giant. Hey look! A new nickname for Al!”

Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, says there are 49 seats in the House held by Democrats whose districts voted for John McCain for president. These should all be takeover targets for the Republicans.
“Every president has had embarrassing issues arise from their past, but President Obama’s level of secrecy, meant to maintain his squeaky clean veneer, only serves to fuel speculation.”
