Thoughts From The Right Side
By Marshall Miller
When asked during the 2008 campaign which Supreme Court justices he liked, Senator Obama cited three as “sensible” justices. They were Ruth Ginsberg (remember “Sleepy” Ginsburg snoozing while court was in session?), David Souter and Stephen Breyer.
So, we knew if this gentleman is elected, we could expect the same type of leftwing judges to be nominated to the Supreme as well as the federal courts. Don’t forget - federal judges are vitally important too and these are also life-tenured appointments. Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton loaded the courts with losers and they are still with us.

What I don't understand is why nobody is bothering to tell the American people the truth about the Act of 1871. We have not had a lawful president of the United States of America since that time. What we have had is a CEO of the Corporate United States posing as our president. Many of them. http://www.byronwine.com/files/1871.pdf With no constitutional authority congress created a separate government for the District of Columbia. To this day Washington D.C. has absolutely no jurisdiction over any of the 50 states or their citizens. So many Americans are now outraged at the apparent shredding of our precious constitution and the rapid escalation of that shredding in the last year alone but what they do not understand is that our defacto government is not answerable to our constitution, they have their own. Nothing that congress or Obama does is binding on us. Our representatives are fully aware of this. They may not be when they are first elected but they find out quick enough when they get there. Please people go to that link, read that pdf and then stand up and take our country back. Regardless of what the twisted opinions of the progressives are, this is most definitely a christian based nation. Our constitution was written on bible principles and the one principle in that book that is most important to this issue is, "The Truth Shall Set You Free".
