He received several very serious injuries and is facing a very extensive recovery period.
Jason is the father of three sons, is a member of First Free Will Baptist church, coached several years with the Dodge County Recreation Department, and has been involved with many other activities for the youth.
The family will be facing financial difficulties for quite some time and needs your help.
