Golf teams lose first matches

The Dodge County High School (DCHS) golf teams lost their first matches of the season to non-region foe West Laurens on last Monday. The boys lost 176-165. Low scorers for Dodge were Brent Bundick, 41; Blake Studstill, 44; Kevin Zhang, 45; and Daniel Graham, 46.

The girls’ team also lost to the Raiders 132-96. Low scorers for the Lady Indians were: Taylor Crane followed by Mindy Zhang.

The Dodge County high golf teams have matches scheduled after Spring break on Monday, April 12 against Dublin at the Dodge County Golf Club; at Green Acres Golf Club on Wednesday, April 14 against West and East Laurens; at the Woods Golf Course in Cochran against Bleckley and Wilcox on Thursday, April 15. All matches begin at 4:00 p.m.
