Dodge Superior Court disposed of the following cases recently.
Quinton M. Johnekins petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked and was sentenced to three years in prison.
Carlton Deshawn Keaton’s probation was revoked. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
Adam Bush’s probation was revoked. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Efrain Rodriguez’s probation was revoked, and was upgraded to intensive probation service.
Kimberly Shea Roland petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked. She was sentenced to serve 210 to 270 days in the detention center and serve two years probation.
Greg Graham petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked. He is sentenced to 360 to 365 days in the detention center, which will be suspended upon completion of payment of fine.
Sheri Inez Wright petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked. She was sentenced to serve two years in prison.
Patrick Patterson petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked. He was sentenced to serve two years in prison.
Jackie Ivey’s probation was revoked. She was sentenced to serve five years in prison.
Johnny Wilcox petitioned for adjudication, which was revoked. Wilcox was sentenced to serve three years in prison.
Mark Cofield was charged with misdemeanor simple battery and obstruction of an officer for which he was sentenced to 12 months probation and to pay a fine of $250.00.
James Stephen Russell was charged with felony arson in the first degree. Under First Offenders Act (FOA), Russell was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,000.00.
Van Keith Revels was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, for which Revels was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation and pay a fine of $300.00.
Courtney Hamilton was charged with felony theft by taking, for which Hamilton was sentenced under FOA to serve 12 months, pay a fine of $100.00 and pay restitution of $1,100.00.
Van Keith Revels was charged with misdemeanor D.U.I alcohol and was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a fine of $750.00. Revels was also charged with driving without a license for which Revels was sentenced to serve 12 months probation to run consecutively to the first charge and pay a fine of $500.00.
Troy Jones, III, was charged with misdemeanor, first offense, battery, family violence for which he was sentenced to pay a fine of $185.00.
