The Dodge County High golf teams won all of their matches last week as the boys defeated East Laurens and Toombs County in a three way match and the girls defeated Toombs County and then both boys’ and girls’ teams defeated Bleckley County. The Indians and Lady Indians are both 4-0 on the season.
The boys defeated East Laurens and Toombs County by a score 165-208-209. Shawn Honeycutt had the low score for the boys of 37. The boys defeated Bleckley County 166-184. The Indians were led by Thomas Knight with a low score of 40 against the Royals, followed by Daniel Graham, 41, Kevin Zhang, 41; and Brent Bundick, 44.
The ladies defeated Toombs County 99-104. Low scorer for the Lady Indians and all girls was Taylor Crane. The ladies defeated Bleckley County 115-119 again led by Taylor Crane.
The golf teams’ next matches are scheduled against West Laurens at the Dodge County Golf Club on Thursday, April 1 against Vidalia and Bleckley at Rocky Creek Golf Club in Vidalia;
Monday, April 12 against Dublin at Dodge County Golf Club.
