Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the security deed from EARNEST L. WREASE and JANNIE B. WREASE to CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY, dated May 12, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 439, page 345, Dodge County Records, there will be sold by the
