Ambus Pitts, age 32, 111 Bethel Street Apartment A Eastman, firearms discharge near highway/street (one count), aggravated assault (one count) and possession of firearm by convicted felon (one count).
Terlina Faison, age 34, 5431 Page Street Eastman, possession of ounce or less of marijuana (one count) and driving under the influence (DUI) (one count).
Franshawn Evans, age 22, 314 Bay Avenue McRae, probation violation (one count).
Jesus Cruz, age 19, 531 Cary Circle Eastman, interfere with 911 call (one count).
Tyrone Dassie, age 38, 749 TJ Sappington Drive Eastman, drugs-marijuana sale/deliver/distribute (one count) and DUI (one count).
Michael Hogue, age 28, 535 Idelle Walker Drive Eastman, drugs-marijuana sale/deliver/distribute (one count) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (one count).
Joshua Johnson, age 24, 2750 Friendship Baptist Church Road Eastman, giving false name/address/date of birth to officer (one count) and suspended license (one count).
Belinda Webb, age 34, 201 First Avenue Eastman, shoplifting less than $500.00 (one count.
Benjamin Mathis, age 28, 1502 Roddy Highway Eastman, license driving while suspended/revoked (one count) and DUI (one count).

Bryan Floyd – 12/10/13 – battery (one count) and criminal trespass (one count).
Alexander Fullwood – 12/11/13 – theft by taking (two counts) and criminal damage to property (one count).
Ammar Strutchen – 12/13/13 – possession of a controlled substance with intent-marijuana (one count), possession of a controlled substance with intent-cocaine (one count) and possession of a drug related object (one count).
Darius Gibson – 12/16/13 – obstruction of officer (one count).
