Johnson and Associates, Registered Land Surveyor, No. 1713, dated October 21, 1996, recorded at Plat Book 28, Page 117, Dodge County Land records. Said Plat is incorporated herein by reference for descriptive and all other Legal purposes.
This parcel is subject to all easements and Right of Way or record for Public Road and Utilities now in use, and any other matter as identified on said Plat.
which has the property address of 281 New Union Church Road, Eastman, Georgia., together with all fixtures and other personal property conveyed by said deed.
The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, rights-of-way, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record which may affect said property.
