Pittman to A. E. Evans which is recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 78, Page 497.
There is excepted from the above-described lands the portion thereof which is described in a deed from Anthony C. Evans to the Middle Georgia Nursing Home, Inc. which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Dodge Superior Court in Deed Book 98, pages 251-252; and, Pittman Road, Eastman, GA 31023 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of April, 2010.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of March, 2008, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dodge County, Georgia, in Deed Book 603 at page 85.

Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the security deed from CHARLES E. SIMMONS to CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY, dated August 30, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 416, page 342, Dodge County Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder before the Courthouse Door at Dodge County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in April, 2010, the following described property:

THE COURSES AND DISTANCES OF SAID PLAT ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION.
The above described property is also known as 5631 Bacon Ave , Eastman, GA 31023.
The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including attorney’s fees, if applicable.
The property will be sold as the property of the aforesaid grantor subject to the following: all prior restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way, security deeds, or encumbrances of record; all valid zoning ordinances; matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey of the property or by any inspection of the property; all outstanding taxes, assessments, unpaid bills, charges, and expenses that are a lien against the property whether due and payable or not yet due and payable.
