David Theo Lewis was charged with one count felony false imprisonment and sentenced to serve five years; one count felony abuse, neglect or exploitation of disabled or elderly person and sentenced to five years to serve to run concurrent; one count felony aggravated assault and sentenced to serve 20 years to run concurrent and one count misdemeanor obstructing or hindering persons making emergency and sentenced to serve 12 months to run concurrent.

He was charged with one count misdemeanor cruelty to children in the third degree and sentenced to 12 months to run concurrent and ordered to pay a fine.
John Eric Hinson was charged with one count felony burglary and received nine years probation and ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine.
Donald Lehman was charged with one count felony burglary. He was sentenced to nine years probation, 150 to 180 days in a detention center and ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine. He was charged with one count felony burglary first degree, which was reduced to theft by receiving and sentenced to nine years to run concurrent with prior and ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine.
Cody Dade Mullis was charged with one count felony burglary, which was reduced to theft by receiving and sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay a$900.00 fine.
Sammy James Walker, Jr. was charged with one count felony sale of cocaine and was sentenced to serve 10 years. He was charged with one count felony possession/manufacture/distribution/etc. of cocaine and sentenced to serve 10 years in prison to run concurrent with prior sentence.
