Alcee Hastings was a federal judge (life tenured), appointed by Jimmy Carter until he was impeached, convicted and removed from office for soliciting a $150,000 bribe for a reduced sentence for a convicted criminal. Hastings went back to Fort Lauderdale where idiotic voters sent him to Congress. He is considered unbeatable, as they keep reelecting him. He usually runs unopposed. Hastings was so corrupt he was removed from the federal bench by a Democrat-controlled Congress 22 years ago.
An NBC (National Barack Channel) poll finds that only 17 percent of Americans approve of Congress, but is that enough to sweep most of these entrenched phonies out of office?
