The next day I was admitted as an inpatient where two other physicians, who carefully went over my condition and prescribed the appropriate treatment procedures, saw me. The nursing staff took over explaining step-by-step what I could expect. Every nurse impressed me with their polite and professional ways they carried out their duties, even down to the seventeen-year old nurse-aide who was working during his summer vacation.
I was not aware that the hospital offered a variety of foods that could be ordered for each meal. Even the hospital cleaning personnel impressed me with their thoroughness and thoughtfulness as they went about their job. After being at the hospital for four days, I received a call the day after my release from a lady, who had the most pleasant voice, asking how I was doing and if I needed any help in aftercare treatment.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how fortunate we are here in Dodge County to have such a wonderful place where the people who work there convey such positive caring attitudes while serving those who are in need of their help. Thanks!
