Four candidates are vying to fill the unexpired term of the late Dodge County District 3 Commissioner Edwin Burnham.
Candidates for the seat are (in alphabetical order) James Atkins, Timmy Burnham, Rodney King and Brian Watkins. The special election will be held on March 16, 2010.
District 3 voters will include the following precincts: Clarks, Jaybird, Jones, Milan, McCranie, Vilula, Pondtown, part of Lees and part of Chauncey. If you have questions about what district you vote in, you may contact the Dodge County registrar at 478-374-8123.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on election day.
