Dr. Rand Paul isn’t just a political yakker. Like his father Dr. Ron Paul, Rand backs it up with action. It’s sad that more people didn’t go along with Ron. Maybe they will do so with Rand. How about Paul/Cruz or Cruz/Paul 2016?
You’d think voters would be appalled at runaway government spending and debt, but maybe not.
“And if the public puts up with it, why not? Are your grandchildren going to be furious at having to pay off huge debts bequeathed to them? Probably no more furious than you are about the national debt you’ve been paying off all your adult life.”

When asked if he was afraid of terrorism: “I think the terror most people are concerned with is the IRS.”

Gasoline was $1.84 when President Obama took office. Today it’s around $3.84, around $4 many places. Could you imagine the outcry if this had occurred under President George W. Bush?
Chick-fil-A was kicked off the campus at Atlanta’s ultraliberal Emory University campus. That tells you a lot about Emory U. Chick-fil-A now has 196 locations - locations in Georgia. Florida has 159, New Hampshire 1, Idaho 1 (they’re expanding), Wisconsin 3, Wyoming 1, North Carolina 143, little Delaware has 6, California 52, so they’re going nationwide. These numbers are as of 8-2-12 and should be higher today.
The leftwing press yapped about “polarizing” social problems at Chick-fil-A but the company came out just fine. That’s another liberal buzzword: polarizing.
B.H. Obama signed legislation in April 2013 giving him Secret Service protection for life, paid for by the taxpayers he is attempting to disarm. Of course, when he ran for president in 2008 he lied, claiming he fully supported gun rights, after repeatedly voting against gun ownership while in the state legislature and the U.S. Senate. Low information voters (LIVs) abound in the U.S.A. Elite-Speak still sells.

“Let the people think they govern and they will be governed.”

“Everyone wants to live at the expense of the state. They forget that the state lives at the expense of everyone.”

Liberals consider freedom to be the obliteration of conservatives.
The Southern Poverty Law Center’s ($PLC) programs were “designed to cash in on black pain and white guilt,” says lawyer Gloria Browne, who used to work there.
Tolerant liberals draw the “diversity” line at issues and politicians they support.

Dr. Ron Paul’s toll-free number is 1-888-322-1414, updated weekly. Remember, he draws no Congressional retirement. He was truly America’s low-overhead Congressman, also never voted for a penny of foreign aid. All politicians should follow that example.
