Never in the history of any nation have I seen so much division. America continues to become a nation that has lost her spiritual soul. America the beautiful has turned into a runaway train. Many Americans are living like they are going to live forever with little or no concern for others. Most parents or guardians do not train children in a Godly manner in respect for others. For those who have forgotten who and what America was yesterday will explain why they do not know who they are today. We don’t teach them discipline in most cases and we teach them how to disobey authority. The cell phone: there is nothing wrong with it accept it is terribly misused. Maybe someday Americans will start back to going away to find themselves in Christ.
Living on the edge is about the same as the Israelites who wandered in the wilderness for forty years. I wonder if that is where this nation is headed. It is so sad that God has created us original and so many are willing to die a copy. It is better to die for something than to live for nothing. Each day more and more Americans are caught up in an identification mode. If they are not trying to destroy the body with all kinds of drugs, they are painting the body up with tattoos. I will never understand why we will destroy what God has created so beautifully. Wrong choices always net wrong results. Americans should get back to being concerned with what is right instead of who is right.

One of the most degrading things that is happening in this community is the way our boys are wearing their pants while in the school system. It would seem like between the board members, the superintendent, and those in authority as well as parents would do something about it. I often forget that you do not change what you are willing to tolerate. Instead of showing concern, those in authority are acting like the problem doesn’t exist. No matter what the reason, there is a weak link in the chain at all levels. It would be great if most of Eastman, as well as the rest of the world, would be determined to leave this world just a little better than what they found it. Thank you and Lord bless.

because of the way a person is raised by parents. We have allowed prayer to be taken
out of school and parents will not require their childern to go and learn Gods teaching
from the bible. A person that does not know
Gods word will do what he or she thinks is right in their own mind. The bible says that
faith comes by hearing and hearing from Gods word. (Romans 10-17) How long will it take people to realize Gods word has the answer to
the growing problem of SIN.
Regarding school prayer, I can't imagine that today in America people believe that their children should be guided in prayer by an adult. No one, at any time, has banned prayer in schools...it is simply not a requirement any longer and students still pray on their own time while at school. I know this because when I was still a Christian and in high school I not only studied my Bible regularly whilst there, but I also had multiple prayer circles that I participated in throughout the week.
How would you feel if a Muslim or a Hindi were leading prayers to their gods in a classroom where your child sat? That is exactly how I, an atheist, would feel about my child being lead in prayer by a Christian or any other religious person.
We don't need faith in this country sir, we need reason and lots of it. Until folks like yourself learn that freedom doesn't come from your god or any other and that it does come from within ourselves we will continue to sit in the bilious situations that we find ourselves in.
Religion is doing what is taught regardless of what is right.
