Home destroyed by fire.
The home of Ben and Betsy Thomas, located at 124 Pete Thomas Road, was destroyed by fire on Wednesday morning, February 3. The scene above is what firefighters found when they arrived at approximately 9:50 a.m. The cause of the fire was unknown at presstime. Fire units from Crossroads, Chauncey, Rhine, Dodge State Prison and Telfair State Fire Department responded, as well as Dodge County deputies and the Dodge County Emergency Medical Services.
