Dodge Superior Court disposes of numerous cases
Dodge Superior Court has been busy recently hearing cases. The following are the results of those cases.
Antonio Jackson was charged with one count misdemeanor driving away without paying for gasoline, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $125.00. He was also charged with one count driving while license suspended, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00. He was also charged with one count driving under the influence, for which he received 12 months probation, a fine of $750.00 and 40 hours community service work. He was also charged with one count failure to wear seat belt, for which he received a fine of $100.00. He was also charged with one count open container violation, for which he received a fine of $100.00.
Lynx S. Nicely was charged with one count misdemeanor battery, and received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00. Nicely was also charged with one count felony criminal trespass, and received 12 months probation to be served consecutively and a fine of $500.00.
James Bernard Johnson was charged with one count felony possession of cocaine, for which he received a reduced sentence of four years prison to be served concurrently with prior sentencing.
Eric English was charged with one count felony theft by taking, which was reduced to misdemeanor, for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent with prior sentencing and a fine of $500.00.
Jamie Land was charged with 10 counts felony forgery in the first degree, and received four years probation and a fine of $300.00 on each count.
Samuel L. White was charged with one count misdemeanor reckless driving, for which he received 12 months probation.
Greg Marcecus Beck was charged with one count felony robbery by sudden snatching under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received six years intensive probation service, a fine of $2,000.00 and restitution as determined.
Kymberly Reshere Swars was charged with one count felony terroristic threats and acts, which was reduced to simple assault, for which she received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00. She was also charged with one count felony criminal damage to property in the second degree, for which she received 12 months probation to be served consecutively, a fine of $500.00 and restitution of $1,185.00. Probation is to terminate after fines and restitution has been paid.
Greg Beck was charged with one count aggravated assault under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received six years intensive probation service and a fine of $2,000.00.
Jessie Banks was charged with one count felony escape and received three years probation. Banks was also charged with one count misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and received 12 months probation to be served concurrently.
Oscar Lee Mack was charged with one count felony burglary under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received six years intensive probation service and a fine of $1,750.00.
Justin Christopher Yawn was charged with one count felony theft by taking under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received four years probation and a fine of $1,250.00.
Jessica Bennett was charged with one count felony possession of methamphetamine and one count felony possession of a schedule IV controlled substance under the First Offender’s Act, for which she received six years probation and a fine of $1,500.00.
Eric Matthew English was charged with one count felony burglary under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received six years intensive probation service, a fine of $1,750.00 and 60 to 90 days detention.
Joshua Cameron May was charged with one count felony burglary under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received six years intensive probation service and a fine of $1,750.00.
Chad Johnson was charged with one count felony theft by taking under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received four years probation, a fine of $1,250.00 and has been banned from Wal-Mart.
Hollis Jerome Johnson was charged with one count felony theft by taking under the First Offender’s Act, for which he received four years probation, a fine of $1,250.00 and has been banned from Wal-Mart.
Elizabeth Bixler was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, for which he received 12 months probation, a fine of $500.00 and restitution of $210.00.
Zachary Joseph Ellis was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, for which he received 12 months probation, a fine of $500.00 and restitution of $210.00.
Kendra Reshea Deeds was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery, for which she received 12 months probation, a fine of $500.00 and restitution as determined.
Mary Amanda Hilliard was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol, which was reduced to reckless driving, for which she received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00.
Thomas Lloyd Whitt was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol, which was reduced to reckless driving, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00. He was also charged with one count misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, first offense, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $500.00.
Bruce Chancy was charged with one count misdemeanor battery - family violence, fist offense, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $350.00.
Timmie Braddy was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery, for which he received 12 months probation and a fine of $350.00.
