Compare this to Nebraska’s other Senator, Republican Mike Johanns, who scored 87.50 percent conservative by the American Conservative Union (conservative.org). Never believe the media’s description of conservative.
Another Democrat Senator often described as conservative (he wasn’t) was Evan Bayh of Indiana, who scored 23.83 percent over a 12 year career and did us a favor by retiring. You can check the numbers of all 535 members of Congress and you will not find one conservative Democrat.

Nancy Pelosi’s stay in an elaborate $10,000 per day Hawaii hotel, the same one she stayed in last Christmas, has an additional cost to local taxpayers.
“Pelosi has been escorted by local police during her last two holiday visits to Hawaii at a cost of $34,000 to local taxpayers,” says Malia Zimmerman of the Hawaii Reporter newspaper.
