The Oconee Drug Task Force (ODTF), Dodge County sheriff’s deputies, and Eastman police officers served a search warrant at a residence on Park Drive in Eastman on Friday on December 9. Law enforcement officers seized a significant quantity of suspected marijuana, cash, and two (2) guns as result of the search. Agents have arrested three (3) men in connection with the case, including one man who had an active arrest warrant out of Cochran for armed robbery.
Jermaine Hughes (age 22), Jerod Hughes (age 22), and Kijana Spikes (age 17), all of Eastman, have each been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of felony and possession of a stolen firearm. Jermaine Hughes has also been charged with four (4) counts of the sale of marijuana. Jerod Hughes has also been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Spikes is also facing armed robbery charges in Bleckley County.
Dodge County sheriff school resource officers have arrested Angela Korrissa Bruemmer (age 17). Bruemmer has been charged with three (3) counts of entering and auto and three (3) counts of felony theft by taking. School officials allege that Bruemmer entered a teacher’s vehicle and a classroom and took a significant amount of money each time.
Two (2) Eastman men have been arrested for a burglary that occurred on Isham Springs Road. Erich Raybon (age 22) and Trey Matthews (age 24), both of Eastman, have been charged with burglary in connection with the case.
A Dudley man, Tony Lance Sanders (age 22), was arrested by sheriff’s investigators on Thursday December 15. Sanders has been charged with burglary in connection with a case which occurred on Nobles Road near Chester.
