Slice one - the Holy Bible teaches us that there should not be any sex before marriage. Wrong choices do not net right results.
Slice two – There is the birth of a child as the result of a male and female before marriage. This is not the child’s choice.
Slice three – It is so rare to find a biological father and mother in the same household. Men know how to help bring a child into the world but will not be a father to it. A hole will be left in any child that has to grow up without both the biological parents.
Slice four – All too often children are allowed to raise themselves without the proper guidance.
Slice five – Children will automatically grow up in the ways of the world. With little or no guidance about the Lord and Savior, they will have no balance in their lives and they will be destined to become ‘might have been’ or they will find themselves living in the ‘might have been’ or the ‘whatsoever’.
Slice six – Without discipline children will find themselves in a hole and will not know how to stop digging. No one can ride the back of a child if they are standing up straight.
Slice seven – Accountability is failing within our children because the lack of discipline. Discipline is not the enemy to accountability. We are allowing children to do what feels good without doing good. They have gotten accustomed to doing the things when the mood suits them. They have or show little or no regard for what is right. Things will not change until the homes return back to training children.
Slice eight – Society is very good at coming up with all kinds of cute suggestions to deal with behavior and some of them are good. But the bottom line is if we were to train children in the home we would not have to rehabilitate men.
