Rhine Police Department, along with the Oconee Drug Task Force and the Eastman Police Department, has made a drug arrest in Rhine.
Allisa Marie Moore (age 32), of 148 Elm Street, apartment 110, in Rhine, was arrested on August 28 and was charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule IV drug.
Authorities secured a search warrant for the residence after receiving calls complaining about the residence.
