The Eastman Police Department reported the following arrests from February 18 through February 25, 2020.
A juvenile, age 14, of Eastman was arrested for terroristic threats and disrupting school bus.
Theron Richardson, age 21, of Chauncey was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Juvenile, age 16, of Eastman was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Johnny Sapp, age 64 of Eastman was arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked and taillights/lenses required.
Fannie Mae Clark, age 56, of Eastman was arrested for obstructing law enforcement officers and disorderly conduct.
Sierra White, age 34, of Eastman was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Terrence Rozier, age 37, of Eastman was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Juvenile, age 16, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Destiny Johnson, age 23, of McRae was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Dakayla Johnson, age 17, of Eastman was arrested disorderly conduct.
Angel Roberson, age 19, of Eastman was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Laprillia White, age 41, of Dublin was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Juvenile, age 14, of Chester was arrested for runaway, unruly and school compulsory law.
Juvenile, age 14 of Dublin was arrested for school compulsory law, runaway and unruly.
Zdenka Reaves, age 19 of Rhine was arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked and no operating brake lights/signals.
Herschel White, age 37 of Eastman was arrested for tags, registration and license required, license, driving while license suspended or revoked, open container violation and driving under the influence (DUI), alcohol less safe-second offense.

Son charged with father’s murder
An Eastman man has been charged with the murder of his father.
Sidney Mitchell Stevens, age 63, of a Dublin Highway address has been charged with malice murder, felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault and elder abuse, according to law enforcement officials.
According to officials, on Tuesday, February 4, at approximately 3:17 p.m. Sidney Stevens and his father Joe Frank Stevens, age 90, of a Dublin Highway address, were riding a golf cart. There was an apparent altercation between the two men.
Sidney Stevens allegedly snatched his father off the golf cart, struck him and pushed him to the ground. Sidney then allegedly ran over Joe with the golf cart and then ran over him again and left the golf cart on top of him.
Bystanders were able to get the golf cart off the top of Joe Stevens.
On Saturday, February 15, Joe Stevens died from the injuries he received in the incident.

Brandon Crockrell, age 30, of Eastman was arrested for license; driving while suspended or revoked and lighted headlights/other lights required.
A juvenile, age 10, of Eastman, was arrested for simple battery on a school official and disrupting public school.
Breanna Thomas, age 23, of Eastman was arrested for criminal trespass-private.
Bradley Hargrove, 23, of Eastman was arrested for probation violation.
Malik Harris, 23, of Eastman, was arrested for burglary-forced entry-residence and burglary-forced entry-residence.

Dodge 15 year old is charged in shooting death
On Monday, February 3, 2020, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Eastman Field Office arrested a 15 year old juvenile in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Braydon Stokes. After an extensive investigation, a juvenile complaint was filed for the offenses of felony involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct.
A copy of the investigative findings has been provided to Oconee Judicial Circuit District Attorney Timothy Vaughn for prosecution.
On Saturday, November 16, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Chauncey Police Department along with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the GBI Eastman Office to assist with a death investigation at a residence on Brown Street in Chauncey.
Upon law enforcement arrival, Braydon Stokes, of Eastman, was discovered with a gunshot wound. Stokes was pronounced deceased a short time later at the Dodge County Hospital. [Full Story »]
