Liberals hate tax cuts
Columnist Dick Morris says watch out as hard left takes over in Mexico. I would advise all to stay out of that dangerous country. Read it all at DickMorris.com, July 7, 2018 column.
Former Congressman Charles Canady, of Florida, now on the Supreme Court of Florida since 2008, introduced the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act in the U.S. House in 1995. It was vetoed by President Bill Clinton.
Georgia just had its first state income tax cut in 37 years and far left Democrat Stacey Abrams, running for governor, wants to repeal it, thus increasing the state tax. Liberals hate tax cuts. A recent laughable poll of some 800 people claimed Ms. Abrams was ahead in the race. I’d take that bet any time. The number of Democrats holding statewide office in Georgia is zero and will remain so next year at least, the safest bet you could place.
Democrats have no job creation, no individual initiative, pushing more leftward all the time. They try to guarantee outcomes instead of opportunity.
Dennis Prager says he would rather have discrimination with liberty than no liberty to ever discriminate, referring mainly to the Colorado baker refusing to bake a cake for a same sex wedding. The baker refused and the court found for his right to do so.
The short video is still there – I was at the game in 2011 and was surprised to see the most amazing high school game I’ve seen. I stumbled across it last night. Parkview won the 2011 state baseball championship over Hillgrove by scoring 13 runs at home in the top of the 7th and final inning, after trailing by one run 10-9 and exploding for 13 to win 22–10. They had 22 runs, 21 hits and 3 errors for the day. It doesn’t seem seven years back, maybe three or four.
Crazed Leftists are going wild, which shows us Trumpism is working.

Letter to the editor
Dear editor,
With so much news reporting of this latest flap of illegal aligns crossing over into our country illegally, and finally, with a president who has the Cajones to enforce our laws of these fence-jumping criminals. I say to President Donald Trump, build that wall as high as the first heaven if that what it takes to stop this non-sense.
With respect to all the former first ladies who want to chime in and criticize President Trump for doing the job he was elected to do. I would like to ask, where was Laura Bush when her husband sat in he Oval Office?
Why was she NOT enraging the immigration problem then, and why didn’t President Bush do more while he was in office?
She should put a cork in that mouth, stand with our president. He only wants to fix this ongoing problem that the previous presidents created in the first place.
And since Laura wants so much attention, why not pay attention to those two impudent feckless daughters in the shenanigans they pulled while their dad, then governor of Texas. i.e.: mooning the capital police in a Chevrolet convertible, getting stoned on marijuana and booze up at Texas Christian University. I should know, I was the reporting officer.
And by the way, on this separation that is reported in the news of children from their parents, these parents know full well the consequences of illegally crossing the border, that their kids will be indefinitely separated and detained until the case is adjudicated. And while the case goes through out court system, these criminals and their kids, get free medical attention, free dental, free education, food, a very nice room and clothes.
I was wondering too, if any you liberals out there feels equally sympathetic for the 765,000 children separated from their active duty parents protecting your sorry no account jobless butt so you can have your stupid protest marches?.

Letter to the editor
Dear editor,
American independence won in the south.
In snow shoe mouth deep they came that 27th day of September 1780, a long column of mounted riflemen full of wrath and anger. The long slender rifles of the frontier (aka Flintlock American Long Rifle, Pennsylvania Rifle, Kentucky Rifle) were balanced across their saddles and knives strapped on their belts. They were “Over Mountain Men” from western North Carolina in the area that would later become northeast Tennessee in 1796. Several years earlier they had formed little settlements along the Watauga, Holston, and Nolichunky rivers on the western side of the Appalachian mountains.
The Revolutionary War for American Independence had not affected them until earlier in this year and due to their remote location they were virtually independent of British and American government. But the war in the north which had been ongoing since 1775 had been fought to a stalemate. Now England had decided upon a Southern Strategy and the war moved from the north to the south. Georgia, the youngest and weakest of the 13 American colonies had fallen to the British with the capture of Savannah on Dec. 29,1778. The British and their loyalist American Tory forces had moved into South Carolina and American Continentals and Whig militia patriots had suffered devastating defeats at Charleston, Waxhaws, and Camden.
British Major Patrick Ferguson had been ordered by British General Charles Cornwallis to invade the South Carolina back country between the Catawba and Saluda rivers and recruit Loyalists and suppress Whig Patriots. Within days of his invasion of the Carolina up country Ferguson had recruited many Loyalist Tory British sympathizers and had began to hunt down and punish Whig Patriots. During the summer of 1780 “Over Mountain Men” militia had swept eastward and engaged Ferguson and his Loyalist Tories in fierce little engagements at Woffords Iron Works, Musgrove’s Mill, Thicketty Fort, and Cedar Springs. They had recrossed the mountains back to their homes planning to resume resistance next Spring.

Dr. Ben Carson launched his political career when he criticized Obamacare at the National Prayer Breakfast a few years back.
“By and large, language is a tool for concealing the truth.”
George Carlin
Remember – Georgia Governor Roy Barnes, who posed as a “conservative” Democrat, backed John Edwards for president in 2004. The National Rifle Association endorsed Barnes for reelection – why? Many theorized Edwards would pick Gov. Barnes as his 2004 v.p. running mate, after Barnes was reelected in 2002. Then Barnes lost to Republican Sonny Perdue. The NRA has also made other wacky endorsements, such as Harry Reid, Arlen Specter, Zell Miller and some loser running against the great Ron Paul for Congress in Texas a few years back. Gun Owners of America looks a lot better to me. Of course, the NRA made a good move when it picked Col. Oliver North to head the organization.
“Today’s United States of America would be constitutionally unrecognizable to the authors of the original Constitution, because today the government has become the wolf at the door. Do I exaggerate? A television commercial asks, ‘Is the IRS ruining your life?”
The AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) constantly pushes liberal causes. Recently it opposed the Trump tax rate cuts, joining Chucky Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. AMAC.us is the conservative alternative to AARP. AARP enthusiastically supported Obamacare.
Blue states Michigan, Maryland, Massachusetts and 16 other states have business people as governors, 19 states total, points out California Republican businessman John Cox, who would make it 20. John Cox points out that business types such as himself (venture capitalist) can run a state far better than a professional politician such as far-left Gavin Newsome.
