The Dodge County High School (DCHS) Grappling Indians and Dodge County Middle School (DCMS) Grappling Warriors have begun the seventh season of Dodge County Wrestling. The Warriors recently battled on the mat against West Laurens and Toombs County recording impressive victories. Standouts included Christian Grauberger, Jared Cannon and newcomer grappler Boo Davis. The Dodge County Indians played their final regular season game this past Friday night in Eastman against the Swainsboro Tigers.

The Dodge County Indians traveled to Sandersville this past Friday night to play a region game against the undefeated Washington County Golden Hawks. The Golden Hawks had already sealed the region title the week prior to this matchup.

The Indians hoped to win their first region game of the season as the Golden Hawks looked to remain undefeated on the season. [Full Story »]
