At approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning, Friday, September 6, 2013, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) served Heart of Georgia Regional Airport Authority board member and vice-chairperson John Clements with a subpoena at the W.S. Stuckey Airport Terminal in Eastman.
The subpoena requested "any and all records, belonging to or in the possession of the Heart of Georgia Regional Airport Authority (HGRAA), through abandonment, pertaining to Mathieu Heintz, DOB: 11/26/1966, or Aircraft Manufacturing and Development Company, P.O. Box 639, Eastman, Georgia 31023."
The documents, a truck-load full, were loaded onto a pickup truck and left the airport premises for an undisclosed location.
